According to a post-election survey of engineering and construction executives conducted by Deloitte, 68% of respondents characterized the business outlook for the industry as somewhat or very positive. They see pent-up demand sitting out there in 2021. &nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0201;\">Bottleneck<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Lack of supply of OTR radial and bias tires is a problem though. Ocean shipping is still constrained from the pandemic.
