New Video Highlights Double Coin Innovation

Our customers appreciate the fact that Double Coin builds strong, durable tires that deliver uncompromised performance.

But many of them would probably be surprised at the level of sophisticated research, testing and manufacturing that Double Coin and other leading tire manufacturers devote to producing today’s highly advanced commercial tires.

Efforts like “finite element analysis” to predict how a new tire compound and tread design behave under stress. Also, “force and moment testing” where we put tires through maximum load tests to determine how stress will affect the tire footprint and performance.
