A winter storm tracking from the Midwest into the Northeast early this week will continue to snarl travel and potentially close more interstates as it spreads dangerous snow and ice through parts of those regions.

Driver/mechanic Chris Diehl is sure glad he did because he regularly deals with snow, ice and mud when hauling grain out of Midwest farms.
“They grip real good on the snow and ice,” he said, noting that he hauls a dump trailer and sometimes a hopper. “I very seldom get stuck.”
Diehl (pictured below) has worked for Ray’s Trucking for 13 years as a driver and chief mechanic. They’ve been a tremendous asset for us.”
